Harvey Becker Tennis
As a former British No. 13, British Junior No. 1, and ATP Top 500 player, Harvey Becker brings extensive playing experience to his coaching (Wikipedia). He is a Level 5 LTA Coach—the highest certification in the UK—and a USPTA Elite Professional. He is also a certified pickleball coach.
Over the past 35 years, Harvey has dedicated his career to developing players of all levels, serving as Director of Tennis at numerous clubs and centres both in the UK and abroad.
Philosophy
Every player is unique, yet certain fundamentals remain essential across all areas of sport to achieve lasting results. Harvey Becker's coaching philosophy emphasises creative thinking and a wide range of variations to help players master these fundamentals.
Crucially, Harvey arranges these principles in the right sequence, allowing skills to connect seamlessly for faster and more sustainable progress. He is committed to understanding each player's goals and abilities, with the aim of maximising their potential and fostering continuous improvement at every stage.
